HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function for a pharmaceutical company. This includes managing the recruitment and retention of employees, developing and implementing policies and procedures, administering benefits and compensation, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws. This position is based at Plant.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
- Manage the recruitment and retention of employees, including developing job descriptions, posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews
- Manage employee benefits and compensation programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and bonuses
- Develop and implement employee training programs, including orientation and ongoing development opportunities
- Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment
- Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity and anti-discrimination laws
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files and payroll data
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
